Nacho Isa has been producing and touring since the age of 16. He is a music director for NYC venue HNWC and the founder of 343 Labs, a production school that features workshops with acts like Jimi Jules, Innellea, Fedele, Eagles & Butterflies among many others.
As a touring act, he’s shared the booth with Guy Gerber, DJ Tennis, Maceo Plex, and Monolink, among others. He’s played in places like Brooklyn Mirage, MN Roy, Elements Festival, and now Mayan Warrior.
The aforementioned Mayan Warrior is a design marvel and roving stage that has become the centerpiece of Burning Man because of its sound system and massive intricate laser show. It represents everyone’s dream gig at the Burn. Its 2022 lineup featured the likes of Charlotte de Witte, Keinemusic, Jan Blomqvist, and Oliver Koletski. Nacho is part of their ongoing effort to feature rising acts alongside world-renowned talent. The Mayan Warrior YouTube channel rivals Cercle’s as the most exciting live showcase for electronic music https://www.youtube.com/@mayanwarrior The set was captured live as the Mayan Warrior bus was enduring the harsh Playa weather.
“As I am about to start, I see dozens of bikes powering through the storm. I trash my original plan on Track 2 as I try to capture the moment.
Eventually, a beautiful sunset emerges…”
Nacho Isa, although a “new face” in the world electronic scene, has been producing and touring around Europe and US for more than 10 years. The release of his recorded set for Mayan Warrior comes as an introduction to the world to NYC’s best-kept secret. Nacho has helped countless artists throughout the years through his music ventures. It seemed only a matter of time before the world took notice of his own career.

It is a dedicated event space in the heart of the city that will be transformed with cutting edge audio-visual production and a powerful sound system to deliver the perfect soundtrack. This event is part of a series including Hacienda Open Air in April and a Defected showcase in May. It is a perfect place for the iconic Garden Party to expand, which it does this year with the addition of an all new stage as well as an array of tasty eats and drinks in the food village and a relaxing chill out area.
Says Director Matt Long, “We’ve been hosting The Garden Party across the city for the last 17 years making it the longest running electronic music festival in Leeds. Seeing it go from strength to strength each year has been incredible and this year we’re going even bigger with three stages which will allow us to widen our musical spectrum even further. Everything is set to make it another huge year of The Garden Party!”
This year the Party welcomes some brand new faces including thrilling 140bpm talent Sherelle with her blistering array of club beats, Rhythm Section founder and local lad turned international influencer Bradley Zero, and Barry Can’t Swim, a Ninja Tune artist with a skilfully crafted electronic sound mix with jazz inspired strings and keys.
Garden Party favourites such as Skream, Paul Woolford (and his Special Request alias) and Mella Dee will do their usual and tear the place down with a barrage of big house, bass and techno tunes and also playing are the likes of 2022 summer anthem makers and UK chart toppers LF System, disco kingpin Todd Terje, NTS and Dekmantel man Palms Trax and Bristol’s famous garage crew Dr Banana, Drumcode’s rolling techno titan Alan Fitzpatrick, the edgy experimental techno of Daniel Avery plus many more.
This is an epic new chapter in the history of The Garden Party. Do not miss it.
Red Axes are heading out on an exclusive All Nighter tour that will see the pair play sets made up entirely of their own music. It takes them from London on March 4th across Europe and finally to their homeland of Israel on March 31st.
Since 2010 Red Axes, AKA Dori Sadovnik and Niv Arzi, have written over 2000 tracks, and only a small number have been released. So their 100% tour is the only opportunity to hear the full spectrum of the duo’s artistry and experience the evolution of their music as well as their versatility as producers.
Red Axes will play music from all eras, inspired by the people they’ve met, the musicians they’ve jammed with and the places they’ve traveled. Whether it’s one of their first ever productions, a secret remix or an unreleased edit, many of the tracks have never before been played, and will likely never be released. This tour gives them the opportunity to warm-up, headline and cool-down all in one night.
“It’s a special experience for us,” says Dori. “We get to play music we haven’t played in years to fans around the world who have supported us from the beginning.”
“These nights create a really strong bond with our audience,” says Niv. “They’re with us all night long, and we get to play old stuff as well as new stuff, and cover our entire history.”
Red Axes have brought all new musical perspectives and influences to their sets and productions since day one. The highly acclaimed pair has released on the likes of Phantasy Sound – including new The Phantasy Collection Part 1 – Shall Not Fade and !K7 Records as well as their own Garzen Records. They carve out mesmerizing and complex drum patterns laden with their own unique mix of synths and guitars. It is a disruptive sound that brings high-energy sounds to the club and has seen the pair headline all over the world.
The tour starts at London’s Color Factory then heads to Lithuania, Portugal, France, Spain and Israel.
Joshua Brooks continues to cement its position as the UK’s best small club with another cultured series of parties this February, March and April. Moxy Muzik with Darius Syrossian, Shogun Audio, Whipping with Mele, T57 + Zero, Luuk Van Dijk, Yousef, Free From Sleep, Horse Meat Disco, Mason Maynard, several All Night Long parties with Hannah Wants, Seb Zito, Hannah Laing, Nick Warren, Fleur Shore and Rebuke, plus Sam Divine, Max Dean and a special three hour set from Toman plus much more all make it an irresistible run with tickets available now at.
Key to each party is the club’s subtle but immersive lighting but also the famous VOID sound system. It is perfectly tuned and tweaked to suit the venue and delivers every hi hat and kick drum as intended. The club is famously warm with exploded brick, an up close and personal DJ booth and crowds who know their music. For that reason, it offers a superior small club experience where tight connections are made between music, dancers and artists every night.
This run is another one that looks firmly to the cutting edge of house and techno with the return of Darius Syrossian’s Moxy Muzik party on Feb 4th. This one routinely sells out. On Friday 3rd, March when he plays an extended three-hour set, expect another masterclass. On Friday 10th February, the bass bins will be tested by their Shogun Audio crew and Pol & Bryson, Duskee and Monroe, then Venus Classics will bring the good times on the 11th; raw house specialist Mele plays Whip with a special guest on Friday 17th, T57 + Zero stop in as part of their UK tour on the 18th and after an All Night Long session from Luuk Van Dijk on the 24th, Circus founder and all-around scene figurehead Yousef play a special three-hour set.
Into March before Free From Sleep rolls in on Saturday 4th, with Ilan Bluestone seeing up his mesmeric melodic grooves. Friday the 10th is the always colourful Horse Meat Disco with Supernature DJs and more, and on Saturday the 11th, the local, new school hero that is Kaluki, DFTD, and Repopulate Mars associate Mason Maynard takes his place in the JBs basement.
Friday, the 17th, is the first of three consecutive All Night Long parties – the first with bass house queen Hannah Wants, the second on Saturday 18th, with longtime Fuse resident and dub house and garage-techno man Seb Zito and the third on Friday, the 24th with Dundee’s party starter Hannah Laing. The night after, it’s the fast-rising Max Dean, and the month ends with another three-hour special from Amsterdam’s slick house innovator and PIV artist Toman on the 31st of March.
Highlights in April include Just Snack with Mele and more, Rebuke, Fleur Shore, and Nick Warren all playing their one All Night Long parties, the monthly Moxy Muzik party, a set from Sam Divine, Whippin’ with The Mason Collective, Full Circle with Route 94, Retro with Paul Taylor and K-Klass and more.
There is nowhere in the country that offers an underground experience as authentic as Joshua Brooks, so get down for this next fine month of parties.

Boomtown, the 66,000 capacity festival set in the Hampshire hills, has launched its official trailer for the latest offering in their immersive storyline, Chapter Two: The Twin Trail. This can be viewed on YouTube below:
The festival takes place for five days from August 9th 2023, and is famed for its film-like sets, winding streets and high production stages and shows.
The Twin Trail follows on from last years’ Chapter One: The gathering, where the festival defined a new era after two years of cancellations. In the characteristically cinematic trailer, attendees are invited to follow the journey of The Twin Trail, which delves deeper into how a person interacts with themselves, and how they give back to the world.
Megan Clifton, Head of Narrative Design at Boomtown, said:
“Boomtown is known for satirically mimicking the society we live in, and too often our dystopian visions have come closer to reality than we ever imagined possible. With The Twin Trail, we wish to go deeper and turn our focus inwards.
“The Twin Trail represents the two paths we all have to walk in our lives; the inner and the outer path. Without addressing our inner world, learning and accepting every part of ourselves – even the darker parts – how can we address the darker parts of society?
“We know that we have an opportunity to use the fun, interactive and immersive experiences we offer to enable actual shifting of mindsets, real-world change, and for people to take something that they learnt at Boomtown home with them.”
After the success of withholding the musical line-up until shortly before the show in 2022, Boomtown will be keeping this under wraps once again, but its ‘citizens’ can expect to see some of the biggest names in hip-hop, plus worldwide artists spanning the electronic spectrum. They have already been leaving clues as to what to expect in a recent video update.
Max Golfar, Music Programmer at Boomtown, said:
“We’ll be bringing the freshest acts in post-punk, to the dons of the reggae world, through to disco divas and afrobeat royalty. As well as all of this, next year marks 50 years of hip-hop. It’s going to be insane.”
Boomtown is at the Matterley Estate in Hampshire, 9th-13th August 2022. Instalment plan tickets are available from £45.
