The countdown to this year’s RockNess is on and festival organisers today have announced yet even more fresh and exciting talent, plus an absolute blinder of an electro treat, to the already heaving-with-quality line up.

We have the lineups for the Sub Club Sound System and Soma Records lineups which are set to rock RockNess 2012.

Friendly Fires, special guests The View, top comedian Tim Minchin and lots more live acts and DJs listed below will be joining the previously announced Mumford & Sons, Deadmau5, Biffy Clyro, Ed Sheeran and Justice.

Topping off an incredible twelve months for the NME Awards 2011 ‘Best Small Festival’ Winner, the three day knees up beside world famous Loch Ness in the Scottish Highlands brings together the hottest names in rock, electro and indie, and 2012 is set to be the most awesome yet.

Following the incredible success of RockNess 2011 festivals organisers have announced that the unbeatable ticket launch price of a mere £99 for a weekend camping and non camping festival ticket will return once again for 2012. Meaning fans will be able to enjoy the entire weekend for just a few more quid than the cost of a single day ticket for many other festivals.
