His exceptional talents and raw sound caught the eye of giant CHASE & STATUS’ label MTA records with Saul & Will snapping up the young gun instantly. His unique ability to fuse sounds from the spectrum of electronic music has made him stand out from the rest of the others and that’s why we love him so much. His latest banger “UK” has been making waves and dance music stalwart Skrillex producing an epic remix which has made the track go stratospheric. He will be debuting his brand new Audio/Visual show at SW4 and is tipped to be one of the most exciting live set ups around!
The godfathers of drum & bass Fabio & Grooverider are arguably the most decorated artists in drum & bass! Beginning their trade over 25 years ago, the duo have pushed the boundaries of the genre and are hugely responsible for where drum & bass is today. The pair’s raw energy and passion for their craft has seen them tour for years and 2017 is no different with a hugely successful 25 years of Fabio & Grooverider event at Electric Brixton which saw fans from all across the city come together to celebrate such a great achievement. Their performance at SW4 will witness them play back-to-back for the first time in their history and it will be with none other than the legendary Marky! Heartless Crew’s dedication to their music has led them to become a widely loved and respected name across the UK, representing one of the UK’s most dynamic and charismatic street-reared collectives in recent years. Modern Drum & Bass hero and industry figurehead High Contrast has been making waves in the drum & bass world since he signed to Hospitality Records in 2002. His obsession with manipulating synthesized sounds to create the soft reverberating beats and soulful melodies he loves have manifested in an extraordinary career. Dedication, limitless depths of talent and technically floorless production abilities honed through years of repetition have taken Lincoln to the top of his game. An ever-growing fan base and unbelievable buzz meant we had no option but to duly accept!
If you’ve been anywhere near a drum & bass dance floor in the past couple of years then you know Taxman’s productions, and you’ll have been throwing your arms up and calling for DJs to reload his tracks on more than one occasion! Now with his own distinctive sound and a string of huge releases including ‘Original Ninja’ and ‘Scan Darker’ under his belt, Taxman is all about facing the future; no doubt his dance floor killing tracks will be taxing your spare income for years to come! With the man making his debut at SW4, we are sure to invite him along for many years to come after this!
As much inspired by the sounds of old school jungle and LTJ Bukem, Sub Zero is famous for his signature dance floor smashing style, making music predominantly to be played in clubs. Despite this, experimenting with sound, pushing the boundaries and doing something a bit different has, and always will, be very important to Jake. And, as he climbs higher and higher into the upper echelons of D&B production, we can only expect more great things to come from Sub Zero.
One of the brightest stars of the jump up scene, Turno is on a one-way mission to the top! His dynamic-approach to his sets leaves the crowd gasping for air and his uncompromising approach to his productions are not for the faint-hearted. After witnessing the emphatic return of the ground-breaking Roni Size Reprazent [Live] with a string of sold out shows last year, it was time to get our hands on this drum and bass phenomenon and showcase their talents at South West Four. The seven piece band comprising of Roni Size, Dynamite MC, Onallee, Si John, D Product, Jay Wilcox and Yuval Gabay are an act we’ve deeply loved over the years, so to bring them to Clapham Common is quite simply mission accomplished. They join Andy C and RAM as the stage’s very special guests, with a promise to deliver an extraordinary live show that is sure to go down in SW4 history.
Hailing from Vienna, Camo & Krooked are one of the most electrifying duos of today and one that we welcome to South West Four for the very first time. Having championed the scene for over a decade, their infectious sound has spread worldwide resulting in an army of revellers eagerly awaiting their next move. With SW4 now marked on their tour diary, anticipation is already rising. As leading pioneers of drum and bass, their last London visit saw the Austrian duo ignite Brixton Academy on New Years Eve and if that was anything to go by, you’d better hold tight.
Made up of Gavin Harris and Nick Hill, formerly and respectively known to the drum and bass world as Xample and Lomax, Loadstar has surpassed the very highest of expectations in recent years. By fusing their individual styles, the duo have created a unique sound that imbues club dance floors and festival arenas alike with incredible energy and impeccable musical precision. Firm favourites within the RAM camp, their addition to the stage is huge. Having just completed an incredible tour of the US and Canada including a standout date at RAM’s Miami WMC takeover, the hype for their London return has never been greater.
Dan Havers and Chris Page or better known as DC Breaks have also been hand-picked to be part of this full-blown assault of the senses. Make no mistake about it, when it comes to crafting fierce dance-floor weapons these two are at the top of the class. Signed to RAM in 2010 thanks to their brilliant production skills, the British duo have gone on to release a catalogue of drum and bass debauchery on the label on top of stellar remixes for Tinie Tempah, Loadstar and Example. With their latest offering ‘Faithless’ ft Bianca receiving unconditional support from Andy C himself, their exclusive summer performance will not disappoint.
Also joining the August Bank Holiday madness is another of RAM’s greatest assets. Celebrated as one of the imprint’s most talented producers, we are delighted to welcome Culture Shock on Sunday 30th August. Boasting an array of hugely creative drum and bass productions which take influences from the broadest fields of house, techno and beyond, Culture Shock is a force to be reckoned with. This, along with his eclectic DJ sets, make him one of the most exciting acts to emerge from RAM’s international melting-pot of talent in recent years and one who’s trademark sounds is sure to rattle Clapham Common to its core.
Building on their winning formula they have delivered the biggest electronic line up you’ll see this year with an array of exclusive performances to boot, 4 Friday headliners, 2 colossal outdoor stages, a 14,000 capacity mega arena never before seen at Creamfields, 22 arenas across the weekend including Cream, Size, All Gone Pete Tong, Mistajam Presents Speakerbox, Pryda, Revealed, Goodgreef and Tidy as well as introducing 7 new arena hosts including Rebel Sound, Paradise, MK Area 10, Fatboy Slim Presents Smile High Club, Armada, ANTS, Nation and Pepsi Max.

An embodiment of worldly pop, M.I.A.’s celebration of music and freedom of speech will be perfectly placed in what is our most colorful Lovebox to date.
Also headlining this year’s Lovebox are drum’n’bass duo Chase and Status. Touching down in their home city, London boys Saul Milton and Will Kennard’s storming and riotous live show and will set our main stage alight with their dusty trip-hop grooves and jungle infused garage- the duo said “we’re excited to be headlining Lovebox this year, we both come from London so to play this festival in our hometown will be great. Plus you can always count on London crowds to bring it”.
Landing in Victoria Park this summer will be Harlem rapper Rakim Mayers, A$AP Rocky. A$AP’s magnetic live show of East Coast rhymes and dreamy hip-hop anthems will run alongside Brooklyn’s lyrical dynamo Joey Bada$$ who we welcome to the show.
