After the overwhelming success of the debut last year, Amnesia is heading back to Zrce Beach on the Stunning Island of Pag in Croatia from Sunday 30 May to Thursday 2 June 2022. The world famous club will raise the bar as it brings an authentic Ibiza experience to the hedonistic Zrce Beach with a multi stage event and an international line-up of DJ talent from across the house and techno spectrum as well as boat parties, after parties and plenty of day time water sports, and high octane activities plus onsite Glamping.
The 2022 edition kicks off with a hell of a warm up party on 29th May, on a very special off-location in Zadar at the Monument of Sun, just an hour away from Zrce beach. It is a historic location which symbolises the Sun while the solar plates absorb solar energy in daytime and are transformed into unusual light effects at night, with the ocean on three sides and a sure to be stunning sunset as the backdrop to the beats. Headlining will be Patrick Topping, Lauren Lo Sung, Marco Faraone and Pablo Panda.
Following on from the Zadar Warm up event, the party heads to Zrce Beach, and hosting the special parties across the four days on Zrce Beach are world renowned brands including Amnesia Presents, the clubs own colourful and international Pyramid brand, plus the gender-inclusive party He.She.They., the edgy straight-through crew Do Not Sleep and legendary local party and festival outfit BSH.
Against all odds in the middle of the pandemic, the debut takeover in summer 2021 was the most hedonistic party the beach had ever seen. It was arranged in just four weeks and saw world class DJs providing almost non-stop parties across the bay’s famous sun kissed, open-air venues. It was a real industry meet up with people involved in all aspects of the scene coming together for some seriously good times.
Now in 2022 these four unmissable days and nights of partying with the Amnesia Ibiza family with up close and personal DJ sets with the festival headliners, as well as legendary afterparties that start after the main stage events and run until well past midday the day after. For those who like to be active in the daytime, there is a non-stop mix of water spots to try, ziplines to fly down and a comfortable on site glamping accommodation that allows you to relax and recover in style before you go again.
This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the ionic Amnesia Ibiza atmosphere in a truly picturesque spot. You do not want to miss this one, so get your ticket and accommodation packages now at https://www.festicket.com/eventgenius/1446161/shop/32902
A selector, producer and label head at the top of his game, Enzo Siragusa continues to prove exactly why he’s held in such high regard as a staple of the underground music scene. While developments have seen the FUSE boss adjust his approach, recent months have combined a wealth of studio time with the unveiling of new projects – most recently announcing the launch of his new genre-bending all-night-long event series, E:DIMENSION. Yet, there’s something about a release from Siragusa on home turf that stands out amongst the pack, with productions like ‘Sagamore’, ‘Desire’, ‘Flexin’ and the ‘Kilimanjaro’ cuts instantly recognisable after just a few seconds, and the same looks set to happen as he makes his highly-anticipated return with his first solo material on the label for over two years. Unveiling one of his most heavily requested tracks to date alongside further peak-time business on the flip, April finally welcomes the arrival of the two-track ‘Nothing Matters’.
“After almost a year hiatus on the FUSE London label and 2 years since my last FUSE release – it’s time to bring it back this April. The last few years were a time of introspection forced on us all. A lot changed in that time for me. Playing records to people and being in raves has always been my main source of inspiration, and without it, I was a bit lost. It was important to take this moment to step back and reconnect with my sound, think about what I want to do with the label and where to take it, both musically and as the product that I want to stand the test of time.
Relaunching the label with a special release that I’m very proud of gives me the perfect opportunity to present a new look, feel & sound from me. FUSE048 and releases to follow will have heavier weighted and limited press vinyl, brand new full artwork & sleeves, and as for the sound – you’ve probably heard these tracks at raves over the past year!” – Enzo Siragusa
A track that’s been making waves for months, ‘ICV (Double Flake Mix)’ brings the sub-shaking, cavernous reese bassline now captured by many across the globe as Siragusa launches into his signature blend of heads-down, hands-up sonics, while the vinyl-only dub delves into afterparty territories to offer up an exclusive version for wax owners. On the flip, title cut ‘Nothing Matters’ graces the B-Side and keeps things moving as meandering melodies ride rumbling low-ends, swinging drums and chunky grooves to shape up proceedings in emphatic fashion. It’s safe to say Siragusa’s back, and he’s back like he never left.
Enzo Siragusa ‘Nothing Matters’ drops via FUSE on 8th April 2022.
Destino Ibiza’s underground club Tox is about to become the most talked about party spot on the White Isle. With a brand new approach and diverse, cutting-edge programming seven nights a week by Denial Events, it runs from June 14 till September 30th and will showcase some of the best labels and brands across including the likes of Transmix by Transmission, Axtone, Revealed, as well as Coldharbour. On top of that expect more from underground house, trance and techno, to hippie nights that bring back the original hedonistic vibes of the seventies, Latin nights and amapiano showcases that mix up deep house, lounge and jazz. It is a bold new addition to the Ibiza landscape that offers discerning and sophisticated dancers something totally different than a typical super club experience.
The forward-thinking promotional team behind this is Denial Events. What they are proven to do is create out-of-this world, utterly unique parties that are for the lucky few. Each one goes over and above to cater to those who enjoy the highlife, those who appreciate the finer things in life and want classy and luxurious parties in the most prestigious locations in the world.
And that is what Destino Events has done many times before on the likes of the Solar Eclipse Cruise or when they hosted one of the most talked about private villa parties ever in 2016 with Armin van Buuren playing on a glass-covered pool stage up on a secluded hill top. They have also taken over the Shore Club during Miami Music Week, hosted Carl Cox on a pirate ship for a New Year’s Eve sunset and afterparty in Hawaii in 2020 and hosted parties within parties at EDC Las Vegas.
Now, having previously hosted Fridays at the stylish and intimate Tox, Denial Events step up and program the entire summer schedule as they put the club back on the world stage. Think exclusive private villa parties but in an upscale club without the hassle of being stranded in the middle of nowhere at an illegal gathering. Tox will offer high end service, private tables and a VIP experience but all in a personal and bespoke setting with real attention to detail and care for the clientele.
Says Denial Events’ Christian Parth, “We are very excited about creating an intimate music experience that could only be found at private parties before. This season, Ibiza will have a new hot-spot for the discerning and sophisticated, with unique nights and entertainment that simply cannot be found in the big room clubs of the island.”
The innovative and adventurous musical programming brings something super fresh to Ibiza. Mondays to Wednesday will see the best labels, brands and festivals in the world host exclusive parties with the cream of the electronic world such as Transmix by Transmission, Axtone, Revealed, and Armada Music.
Fridays will be DUSST presented by FS Green who presents the first ever Ibiza residency for the new sound and cultural phenomenon that is amapiano. Taking its name from the Zulu phrase meaning “the pianos”, amapiano (or ‘piano) has gone through many mutations since it began in South African townships less than a decade ago. It takes in everything from sweet, deep house-leaning tracks to a more urgent sound locally known as ‘Bacardi’.
Host FS Green is an Amsterdam raised producer and DJ who has collaborated with Major Lazer, played an impressive Boiler Room show and is now a major player in amapiano sound who will push the culture to new levels with this party with a suave and elegant mix of jazz, downtempo and house.
Saturday , BENDITO, will be about Latin flavours with live acts , and ladies’ night making for a soundtrack like none other anywhere in Ibiza. Sundays are about hedonistic and throwback sounds that rekindle the old Ibiza hippie times from 30 years ago mixed with tropical and exotic boho house grooves curated by Simone Gigante, called GYPSY.
There will also be nights showcasing all-female DJ talents such as Deep Woods, and nights that bring something fresh to trance by blurring the traditional lines and mixing up a selection of melodic techno and majestic progressive house from scene-leading DJs. Markus Schulz is one such artist who will play four dates with his new and innovative Down the Rabbit Hole club concept at Tox Ibiza. The open to close experiences will be a fine window into his ever-increasing euphoric techno-led experience.
The countdown is now on to the opening of Tox which will bring the most anticipated and refined new musical offerings the island has seen in years.
