808 STATE (DJ SET), CHICANE, DJ SPOONY, DJ LUCK & MC NEAT AND MORE JOIN FAITHLESS AND CRAIG DAVID AT BARTON LIVE OPEN-AIR SERIES, MANCHESTER

Barton Live has announced a wave of high-profile lineup additions to its debut four-day open-air music series at Barton Aerodrome, Manchester, which runs from Thursday 2 to Sunday 5 July 2026. The new names strengthen an already standout programme that brings together some of the most influential figures in UK dance and electronic music alongside globally renowned headliners.

Saturday 4 July sees Craig David Presents TS5 elevated with a heavyweight garage and club lineup, featuring UK garage pioneers DJ Luck & MC Neat and Kiss FM mainstay DJ Spoony plus multi-genre master Patrick Nazemi. The additions underline this as a definitive celebration of UK garage and r&b past and present and complements the much loved Craig David’s signature blend of live vocals and DJing.

On Friday 3 July, iconic electronic act Faithless (Live) will now be joined by acid house pioneers 808 State who will deliver a showcase of their raw sounds with an exclusive DJ set alongside trance and progressive legend Chicane.

Thursday 2 July is headlined by David Gray, whose Past & Present Tour is already nearing sell-out while Sunday 5 July’s Electric Heart festival features indie favourites including The Fratellis, Scouting For Girls, The Feeling, The Hoosiers, Toploader and Dodgy.

Located on Liverpool Road in Eccles, Barton Aerodrome will host four consecutive 5,000-capacity open-air shows that combine large-scale production with a welcoming and accessible outdoor setting. The site will feature bespoke staging, immersive sound and lighting and practical amenities including on-site parking and strong public transport links with early evening finishes designed to appeal to a broad audience.

Barton Live is conceived as a cohesive summer series rather than standalone events so offers audiences the opportunity to experience multiple genres and world-class performances across a single long weekend.

The famously powerful show will draw from a famous back catalogue that has defined dance music culture for three decades and includes era-spanning anthems such as ‘Insomnia,’ ‘God Is A DJ’ and ‘Salva Mea’.

For the Faithless show, Barton Aerodrome will be transformed with bespoke staging, immersive sound and lighting. Formed in the mid-1990s and fresh off their latest critically acclaimed album Champion Sound, Faithless have long been one of the most influential and enduring acts in the scene thanks to their bridging of underground sounds and mainstream consciousness. Now fronted by founding members Sister Bliss and Rollo, the group continue to lead from the front as an unstoppable live force with a rare spirit and underlying message of unity that has always defined them.

The Manchester date forms part of Barton Live, a new four-day open-air concert series launching this summer at Barton Aerodrome, Eccles. After years of anticipation, the full No Art experience is finally debuting in the UK this spring with the launch of No Art Manchester Open Air on Saturday 30 May, from 3pm–11pm. Curated by tastemaking Amsterdam duo ANOTR, this event marks the debut of the globally respected No Art concept in Greater Manchester and promises to be their largest UK open-air show yet. With the full location and lineup revealed in the coming weeks, presale tickets go live Tuesday 3 February at 6pm, followed by general sale on Wednesday 4 February at 6pm. Dutch duo ANOTR are one of electronic music’s most influential acts. With global hits including ‘Relax My Eyes’ surpassing 200 million streams, and ‘How You Feel’, they have cemented their international impact exploring new musical territories, blending house with disco, soul, funk, and jazz influences.

Their No Art brand has earned a reputation for delivering carefully curated music and immersive art experiences at unexpected venues and locations across Barcelona, Miami, Uruguay, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Amsterdam. Rather than relying on obvious headliners, their events champion artists with distinctive sounds and deliberate performances. Each show is designed to surprise and confound, combining forward-thinking house music with multi-disciplinary art experiences that are both intimate and boundary-pushing.

Speaking on the announcement, No Art shares, It’s been a while, Manchester. Good to be back. Built on sound, ideas, and attitude. No Art Festival feels right at home. Keep your eyes peeled for the venue announcement coming soon but it’s in an open air space in Greater Manchester!!!

The Manchester edition will continue this ethos. While the full location and lineup will be revealed in the coming weeks, attendees can expect the same adventurous programming and high-quality production that has made other No Art events some of the most talked-about in the scene.
