CARL COX VS LOCO DICE
MANO LE TOUGH
CITIZENN & EJECA PRESENTS MOUNTAIN KING LIVE
“I look back to the old days of me being on the Common and now things have obviously changed a lot, but it’s still South London, it’s still Clapham Common. It’s still true to my roots of where I came from and who I am as a DJ. I have built my career from coming from South London and I’m very proud of that. As I have built my career and become a worldwide name, it all really started from Clapham Common.” Carl Cox
“I have no idea what’s going to happen, I have no clue what’s going to happen. The only thing I know now is there will be 100% excitement. We are ready for this show for sure. I don’t let it get to close to me otherwise it will drive me crazy. I just deal with it at the moment when I’m on the turntables. That’s the best and it’s very natural and it comes from the heart.” Loco Dice

Carl Cox vs Loco Dice. A meeting of minds. A meeting of masters. At SW4 2013 these two titans clashed for the very first time in the UK with a set which went down as one of the greatest in our history. Two years later they return to headline our second indoor main stage on Sunday 30th August and inflict an even greater level of destruction than they were responsible for twenty four months previously.
Carl’s relationship with South West Four is well documented. An unbreakable bond has resulted in this being his seventh performance at SW4 in our twelve year history. On every appearance Coxy has displayed the kind of mind-blowing ability that has pushed the boundaries of DJing over the past thirty plus years and illustrated why he is considered amongst the very greats of electronic music. In 2015 Carl returns to Space Ibiza to host another season of his seminal residency, interwoven by headline appearances at the world’s leading clubs and festivals and the release of his hugely anticipated collaboration with Chic’s Nile Rogers. This unrivalled crossover formula is what has kept Carl at the forefront of all that is great about our scene over the past three decades. Be prepared to have your senses pulverised. Carl Cox vs Loco Dice is coming…
When one half of Innervision’s Âme says “Thanks to Mano Le Tough, I have no fears for the future of House” you sit up and take notice. Irish born and Berlin raised, Mano Le Tough has risen to international stardom in recent years thanks to a plethora of superb productions and remixes on only the most prestigious of labels, including his own Maeve Records. He has supported this with electric performances at the crème de le crème of festivals and clubs around the world including Berghain, BPM, Dekmantel, DC10, Space Ibiza and a recent London date for Electric Minds. It’s now the time for Mano to showcase his outstanding talents with a very special performance at SW4 and show why he is the future of house music.
Debuting their live show in a world exclusive at South West Four, the forces of Ejeca and Citizenn combine to bring you Mountain King Live. Expect melodic tribal rhythms and a mysterious, dark and empathetic sonic tapestry from two of the most exciting artists currently residing in UK house music. Having recently received critical acclaim for their ‘Acidboi’ EP on Ejeca’s Exploris imprint, including tune of the month in Mixmag, Mountain King could well be the most exciting new pairing to hit the UK dance market this festival season. "It's a huge honour to be debuting our live show at such a well curated and produced festival such as SW4. We've been excited about it for a while now so we're glad we can start talking about it." Mountain King
ADDED TO SW4 SATURDAY…
SVEN VÄTH · MACEO PLEX
TODD TERJE LIVE
Pioneer. Visionary. Legend. Superlatives like these are easily banded around in dance music circles but when you are recognised as one of the most iconic figures within the industry, as well as one of the greatest DJs to ever walk the Earth, they are fully justified. Sven Väth comfortably falls within all of these categories. As label boss his Cocoon imprint has helped launch the careers of some of the finest names in techno, whilst his Ibiza residency is unquestionably one of the most influential the White Isle has ever witnessed. Having celebrated his 50th birthday last year, 2015 will see Papa Sven embark on his sixteenth Cocoon season at Amnesia, as well as the usual array of headline appearances at Timewarp, Awakenings, Cocoon in the Park and the IMS Grand Opening. His return to South West Four for the fourth time on Saturday 29th August will rank as his most memorable as he headlines Maceo Plex’s 7000 capacity ‘Dream Don’t Sleep’ arena.
There are very few artists residing within house and techno today as beloved as Maceo Plex. Recent years has seen him destroy the world’s most esteemed nightclubs and festivals, with his past two London appearances witnessing him host an arena at SW4 2014, followed by a masterclass performance at a sold out Electric Brixton this past Easter. This summer will see Maceo headline the opening of Amnesia Ibiza and feature heavily at Hideout in Croatia, the Slam Tent at T in the Park and Tomorrowland. Recognized as one of the most respected and accomplished artists of his generation, the Miami native returns to host his own ‘Dream, Don’t Sleep’ arena at SW4 one more time on Saturday 29th August.
An artist we have practically been stalking for half a decade finally arrives on Clapham Common this summer as Norwegian DJ, songwriter and record producer Todd Terje makes his long awaited SW4 debut. In 2013 Todd was responsible for what many considered the track of the year in ‘Inspector Norse’, whilst last year he followed this up with the release of his debut studio album suitably titled ‘Its Album Time.’ This would go on to top album of the year charts across the world and resulted in Rolling Stone Magazine featuring Todd in their ‘25 DJs that rule the earth' list. If you like your disco, Todd Terje Live at SW4 is the only place to be…
Hailing from Miami, Danny Daze has championed his sound in recent years after uniquely fusing elements of Detroit techno with Italian disco to make him one of the world’s most interesting underground talents. In 2014 Danny made his SW4 debut and he returns this summer having seen his profile grow ten-fold over recent months. With non-stop tours across the world and the release of productions on the finest imprints of today including Saved, Hot Creations, Dirtybird, Future Classic and long-term friend Maceo Plex’s Ellum, Danny’s technical prowess allows him to take musical risks. This makes him one of the most exciting acts to make the trip to South London on Saturday 29th August.
As the flagship event of the Croatian festival scene, Hideout's commitment to delivering paramount line-ups remains strong with 2015 being no exception. Artists unveiled today include Darius Syrossian, hugely respected Huxley, co-founder of the Dirtybird co-founder Justin Martin, Berlin based Oliver Dollar, One Record creator Subb-An, Radio One's Toddla T, plus over 30 more exciting talents.

This years Exit Festival brings some of the biggest names in dance music together for a batch of back to back DJ sets. The Summer Festival Guide has the complete set lineup which will set the Exit Festival Dance Arena on fire.
AFROJACK VS QUINTINO
Afrojack is one of the hottest EDM music maestros, and most influential DJs and producers. At just 26 this young man accomplished a lot! He’s got a Grammy under his belt, and has been in the top 10 best DJs list for three years by DJ Magazine; Forbes tips him as the seventh most paid DJ on the planet, and he’s even dated Paris Hilton! His awesome track "Selecta" brought together the young Dutchman with his country-man Quintino, so their duo set is going to show just who reigns the EDM scene.
MACEO PLEX VS DANNY DAZE
Two of the hottest DJs of the moment, Maceo Plex and Danny Daze found out they shared the same urge to get people dancing. Maceo Plex's cuban heritage fits perfectly with the Cuban influences that, along with Italo disco and techno, make up Danny Daze's sets. This duo collaborated before and pushed tracks under the combo-alias 'Jupiter Jazz', and they're definitely the hottest, most-wanted thing happening in electronic music right now.
TIGA VS DJ HELL
We promised we'd get exclusive b2b sets at Dance Arena for our 15th EXIT jubilee, but we're going to do one better – our festival will be the place where the divergent come together in confluence; where the electro colossi that never performed and for the first time ever, step together onto the same mix-table. Those colossi are none other than Tiga and DJ Hell! Tiga, the author of monumental hits like "Sunglasses at Night" and "You Gonna Want Me", and our dear friend of the festival and a welcome guest, will go head-to-head with the owner of the International DeeJay Gigolo label and one of the most creative and best german DJs ever – DJ Hell! Hell has a reputation that proceeds him and his first ever performance on the Dance Arena is certainly been hotly anticipated.
HEIDI VS KIM ANN FOXMAN
We have the highest honour of welcoming two exceptionally irresistible dames this year, who both have an uncanny infatuation with the dance floor and house music – Heidi and Kim Ann Foxman. No stranger to the Dance Arena, Heidi is infectious as she is passionate. To truly feel the insatiable passion Heidi has for music, you need only listen to her show on BBC Radio 1, or just visit one of the many Jackathon parties organised worldwide. If by any chance you're unable to do that, Dance Arena will be more than happy to oblige. Kim Ann Foxman is better known to some as the ex-member of Hercules & Love Affair, but she-s been devoted 100% to her gigs – from Tokyo to Cologne to Chicago – all the while ranking up her reputation as one of the most interesting house players in the scene. These ladies are going to be delighting us with their performance and this will be one set that will be truly spectacular.

JUST ADDED TO SW4 SATURDAY…
“London get ready! See you at SW4” Alesso
After honing his skills alongside the Swedish House Mafia, Alesso’s catalogue of Beatport #1’s include ‘If I Lose My Mind’, ‘Years’ and last year’scollaboration with Calvin Harris ‘Under Control’. These productions led to a string of headline performances in 2013 including Ultra,Tomorrowland and Electric Daisy Carnival to name a few. Inevitably with any act of his stature, Alesso has also firmly marked his Ibizan territoryafter stunning crowds at Amnesia and Ushuaia. Add to this his Uprising World Tour which witnessed all tickets to London’s O2 Brixton Academysell out in a matter of hours and Alesso’s ability and extreme popularity is there for the world to see. SW4 get ready to raise your hands as we welcome Alesso for the very first time in his only London festival performance this year…
JUST ADDED TO SW4 SUNDAY…
MACEO PLEX · MARCO CAROLA
MK · NETSKY LIVE · SKREAM
Seduced by the sounds of underground house and techno, Maceo Plex has evolved into one of the most technically gifted artists on the planet today. His beautifully crafted yet punchy productions are instantly recognisable and can be found on the world’s leading imprints includingCrosstown Rebels, Cocoon and his own Ellum Audio. Having been responsible for many of Ibiza’s greatest highlights last season with performances at Circoloco, Enter and Amnesia’s Opening and Closing parties, Maceo’s demand has been hightened further recently with stellar performancesfor Cocorico, BPM, Holy Ship and Stereosonic. Following his sold out warehouse show last weekend at Factory7, SW4 will welcome Maceo Plexfor the very first time in his only London festival performance of 2014.
Marco Carola; global ambassador of techno and one of the most talented DJs to have ever walked the Earth. After last week’s spectacular performances as part of the Music On Weekender at Electric Brixton, Marco joins us for his final London appearance of 2014. His debut at SW4last year proved to be one of the most magical moments of our 10th Anniversary, with his mindblowing set responsible for causing near apocolyptic scenes. London has been crying out for another summer appearance from the Italian master and we are delighted that SW4 is his festival of choice. Marco arrives on Clapham Common from his epic residency at Amnesia Ibiza, which in recent months has also taken New York and Miami by storm. Prepare to be mesmerised by this techno tour de force as Marco treats South West Four to his exquisite beats.
Another act making his long awaited SW4 debut in 2014 is undeniably the hottest property in house music right now; Marc Kinchen aka MK. Having been responsible for creating some of the defining sounds and biggest house tracks in the 1990’s, including ‘Burning’ and his pioneering remix of Nightcrawler's 'Push The Feeling On', MK took a break from dance music until 2011 when he remerged more prolific than before. Through his timeless productions, MK’s renasissance has infuenced a new generation of fans resulting in his sound becoming more dominant today than it ever has been. After releasing ‘MK In The House’ for Defected in 2013, it was clear that MK was back to his very best, with his remix of Storm Queen’s #1 single ‘Look Right Through’ becoming the pivotal track. Further remixes of Disclosure, London Grammar, Hot Natured, Haim andPaloma Faith are additional evidence of his huge demand and with world domination on the cards in 2014, we cannot wait to welcome the Area 10boss for a house music masterclass.
Playing South West Four for the very first time, we bring you Belguim’s premium drum & bass export for a London festival exclusive. Boasting an array of drums, synths, keys and live vocalists, Netsky is widely considered as one of electronic musics most exciting live prospects. Signed toleading imprint Hospital Records, his productions are self-influenced and demonstrate a significant amount of creative flair accompanied by avariety of heavy and dark edges. After unveiling his astounding live show at Brixton’s O2 Academy back in 2012, we have fought ever since to bring him to SW4. Often found touring his signature sound across Australia, USA and Canada in recent months, this rare live London peformance isguaranteed to go down in SW4 history.
Having performed regularly at South West Four over the years as both Magnetic Man and back-to-back with Benga, 2014 will witness Skream arrive onClapham Common to showcase his new sound. Since repositioning himself as a house and disco DJ, the dubstep architect has been universally welcomed into the 4X4 scene with open arms. Heavy support from Eats Everything, Claude von Stroke, Justin Martin, and Pete Tong in addition toregular appearences at Bugged Out, Holy Ship, The Warehouse Project and Fabric have enabled the Skreamizm boss to successfully showcase this new chapter in an already heavily decorated career. ‘Rollercoaster’ is the latest sudio effort from the South London producer and explores the much lighter, disco-edged sound he has since become associated with. With new material set for release before the summer, the BBC Radio 1 Friday night host is sure to provide us with another unforgettable performance.
