Excitingly for this latest run of events, all new screens will run up the wall behind the performers, from floor to ceiling and above the heads of the crowd, offering a whole new visual dimension. These will be displaying bespoke seasonal content created by the expert Spencer at Rebel Overlay. It will be regularly updated to keep the venue feeling fresh and each party unique on top of the over 151 lighting fixtures which range from spots to beams to lasers to pixel-mapped LED bars. In all, there are 4,620,288 pixels in total with a 4k canvas that spans the full length of the venue for the ultimate in immersive technology.

This cult underground club boasts next level audio visual and lighting with both E1 music rooms featuring bespoke Funktion-One sound systems that have been designed, installed and maintained by Sound Services Ltd. They include cutting-edge Evolution 6 Mid Highs and the revolutionary new linear transducer-powered BR132A Bass enclosures. This new technology can deliver unparalleled low end with precision and unlock low frequency information that goes unnoticed on most audio systems, while the BR132 is the largest, deepest and most powerful of Funktion-One‘s bass reflex series of bass loudspeakers

Epic Pool Parties Announce Lineups for Miami Music Week.

Acraze, Idris Elba, Eats Everything, Seth Troxler, Danny Tenaglia and more all headline

Epic Pool Parties are always one of the most talked about events of the Miami Music Week and this year the team returns to the glorious oceanside spot Sagamore Hotel with five days of musical fun. It’s a unique place to party with a luxurious pool and towering palms under a baking Miami sun, or stunning sunset as day turns to night. Each event has immersive production, effects and powerful sound systems with plenty of space to lounge about and soak up the vibes and art deco design.
This week’s run starts on March 22nd and goes until the always famous closer on March 26, 2023, during which time over 10,000 people will have their most memorable Miami experience. Playing the series are returning favourites, international DJs and influential brands Defected, DJ Mag, Nick Warren’s The Soundgarden, Glitterbox and a world’s first back to back set between electronic icons Seth Troxler and Danny Tenaglia.
World leading dance music bible DJ Mag kick off the series on Wednesday March 22nd with one of their famously raucous parties featuring a cross section of house and sick talent from ACRAZE, Dombresky, Heidi Lawden, Jaden Thompson, Kasia, LP Giobbi, Mau P, Purple Disco Machine and Shermanology.
Defected bring the best names in house music on the 22nd with two exclusives in Ferreck Dawn b2b Low Steppa and Hannah Wants b2b Sam Divine, plus the one and only Idris Elba, Dutch innovator Prunk and Rimarkable.
Nick Warren’s stylish prog sounds provide a serene experience on Friday 24th with a superb line up featuring the boss himself next to a live show from house master Rodriguez Jr Live, a special back to back set from Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and Jonas Rathsman, a garage, house and techno cross section from Francesca Lombardo and more from Oceanvs Orientalis, Mai Lawson and Armen Miran.
Saturday’s huge event features the pairing of two legends as Detroit’s Seth Troxler goes back to back with New York kingpin Danny Tenaglia so expect musical fireworks from these two deep diggers and masterful selectors. Also joining will be Victor Calderon, a cult figure from New York who has had a huge influence on the scene thanks to his electric and eclectic DJ sets.
Last but not least, the famously colourful and vibrant house and disco party Glitterbox takes care of Sunday with a super line-up that will soundtrack the always historic closing party. Leading the way is bona fide party starter Eats Everything, then comes Hot Honey Sundays founder and soulful house and disco talent Anna Collecta, Polish house stars Catz ‘N Dogz, Detroit legend and Women on Wax founder DJ Minx plus the life affirming sounds of The Shapeshifters and New York pair Musclecars, whose Colouring Lessons label and party is a mainstay of the scene

Sumdayz Festival, an electronic music event that brings together the energy of Rome’s local scene with the diversity of an international crowd, is returning for its second edition on September 22, 23 & 24, 2023. The festival will take place at Ippodromo Capannelle and features an outstanding lineup of international and local DJs and producers performing on 2 stages across 3 days.
This year’s festival will continue showcasing some of the best talent in electronic music genres, catering to all music enthusiasts. Last year’s headliners included Apollonia, tINI, Traumer, Raresh, Praslea, Barac, Priku, Giammarco Orsini, Christian AB, Quest, Jeremy Underground and more.. Our new partnerships with Trommel, Slapfunk, Toi.Toi.Musick, Outcast Turin, Jooice, Vesuvius Records, Anime and more, have allowed for a curated selection of the biggest names in the electronic music scene. These include our headliners Craig Richards, Francesco del Garda, Rhadoo, Sweely, tINI, Dyed Soundorom. Our other international and local talents include, Mathew Jonson, Dungeon Meat, Laidlaw, Samuel Deep, Fabrizio Sala, Harry McCanna, Gabbs, Alex Dima, Christian Sarde, Munir Nadir, Dj Senc, Angelo PGM, Brasi, CHKLTE, Paul Lution, Doudou MD and Yaar Kū, with more that will be taking over the opening acts across the main stage and tent stage.
 
The multi-stage festival in the capital will provide immersive audio and visual experiences, and in addition to the music, partygoers can expect a complete hospitality experience catering to all their needs. For the international crowd we are introducing 360 packages that will include hotel accommodation, festival shuttles and tickets. The venue will continue showcasing interactive art installations curated by several artists, as well as high quality local food and drink vendors across Ippodromo Capannelle. One of the best mic men in the game in Manchester’s DRS will also be on stage to drop his deeply profound bars with a full band in support. He has been on records with all the greats such as Calibre, Marcus Intalex, Lynx, LTJ Bukem, Icicle and LSB so do not miss. Hip hop legend Big Daddy Kane is one of the most requested and talked about acts to perform on the Barn Stage so makes a welcome return to do it all again this year. Other hip hop royalty to play include Chali 2Una from the iconic US outfit Jurassic5, plus local heroes and new school innovators Children of Zeus. 
Funk fans will be glad to hear that 6 Music tastemaker Craig Charles is back again this year, while anything goes when Mr Scruff digs deep into his vast collection. Expect on point world music, jazz and broken beat from the one and only Gilles Peterson, while Massive Attack’s Daddy G also drops plenty of beat-based knowledge and the hugely influential New Yorker Todd Terry serves up one of his house masterclasses.
Then there is the unequalled David Holmes who is famed for his left of centre mix of trip hop, big beat, electronic and rock, plus breakout Manchester star Anthony Szmierek who is a firm 6 Music favourite and introspective poet /hip-hop talent is certainly a name to watch out for plus the turn of Mungo’s HiFi with Eva Lazarus and the one and only Jamaican dancehall DJ and singer Sister Nancy. 
Breaks are well represented by pioneers Stanton Warriors, Plump DJs, Jaguar Skills, Krafty Kuts and Freestylers, and old school house comes from Hacienda Graeme Park while DJ Paulette, who also played the famous club and recently got a lifetime achievement award from DJ Mag, also lines-ups for an irresistible day of music.

‘Amnesia Presents’ Unveils Dates and Headliners

Monday at Amnesia will continue to be the talk of the island with the return of Gorgon City, Sonny Fodera & Danny Howard for their second year at the legendary club.
 
Amnesia Presents is the ultimate way to kick off the week in Ibiza, running for 15 dates from Monday June 19th until September 25th. You can expect to hear all forms of house music from these three authorities of the genre.
 
New Amnesias Presents resident Greta Levska will be opening the show each week, followed by Radio 1 tastemaker Danny Howard, with Gorgon City & Sonny Fodera alternating in the early hours slots each week.
Sonny Fodera caused a huge stir at the club last year and has continued to reach new heights with his ever popular releases and high energy DJ sets. He has racked up 250M global streams in the past year alone, with a string of massive singles planned for this year. UPPERGROUND unleashes its first ARTBAT release of 2023 which is an emotive and powerful collaboration with Fred Lenix, where they combined to create the haunting and dark single ‘Dreamcatcher’.
ARTBAT stride into 2023 in determined fashion as they deliver their new single ‘Dreamcatcher’ which is a collaboration with the up and coming Brazilian born, Turkey based artist Fred Lenix. Lenix who has not only been garnering support from the industry’s leading artists, has also become a welcomed addition to the UPPERGROUND family. He recently toured India with ARTBAT, which followed on from his very well received performances on previous label events, one of which was the recent showcase at New Year at Zamna in Tulum, where Dreamcatcher was first aired to an audience and created a sizable buzz, and this is now set to be another strong release for Fred Lenix, and the Ukrainian duo and their imprint.
‘Dreamcatcher’ is a dark and brooding powerful track with ominous and stark synths giving this a deep and harrowing musical feeling with the cyborg vocal delivering the finishing touch of a deep and profound journey from which you emerge energised.
