With a sensitivity of 97.1% and a specificity of 99.6%. With pricing starts from a little as £8 per test kit. The individually packaged test is imminently due to receive self-testing approval in the form of UK MHRA Emergency use (it is the second test to achieve this, the only other being the controversially contrived UK govt NHS Test & Trace test). The test will also simultaneously receive Europe wide CE self-testing approval and it will be the first test in Europe to achieve this.
Swallow Events are currently in discussions with multinational retailers which will enable self-testing kits to be purchased individually alongside your weekly shopping, for example.
Working alongside the Albanian government. Swallow Events is also proud to announce its partnership with Unum Festival where they will be hosting the worlds first non-socially distanced, full-scale, Covid 19 rapid tested festival.
Butrint Baholli, CEO of Unum Festival, said “We are delighted to be working with Swallow Events in conjunction with the Albanian government, to ensure that Unum Festival can take place in a safe and secure way for all our visitors. We will have testing on and off site at the festival and Swallow Events are working to provide us with the delivery plan.”
Over 500 other clients internationally have been in consultation with Swallow Events regarding the use of rapid testing provisions for their forthcoming events/festivals, including Picnic Records, Campo Sancho Festival and Access the Music Festival, to name but a few.
Swallow Events have also signed an exclusive agreement with Yoti, the worlds most advanced and established (2 years), biometrics and highly secure, blockchain identification testing platform which has received over £85m in research and development, is used by the NHS, UK governments and has over 10 million downloads to date. Swallow Events’s self-testing kits can also be linked to a brand new digital home test verification section of the highly secure, anti-spoofing platform where most importantly, only the user has access to their data. The reusable Yoti digital ID app is secure, privacy-preserving and puts people’s ID documents and important information on their phone, encrypted and under their control. Yoti cannot track users or share any of their data without permission.
Swallow Events have also confirmed their latest distribution contract to supply Covid 19 rapid testing kits throughout Canada.
Oli Thomas (Founder and Managing Director, Swallow Events) comments:
“With the constant shifting of sands regarding rules and regulations surrounding global event testing and most importantly, the UK government’s controversial health passports which are yet to be developed but are allegedly being trialed as part of the ‘Events Research Programme’. We decided to have all eventualities covered by not only offering the worlds first onsite Covid-19 testing service and consultancy for events in October 2020 but now we’re even more excited to announce the UK and Europe’s first CE approved commercial ‘at home, self-testing service linked to a user generated digital blockchain verification platform’ and therefore enabling pre-event, home testing for spaces like nightclubs, who do not necessarily have the space and infrastructure to facilitate on the door testing, through to large scale festivals, events, business conferences, stadia and even enabling an efficient and inexpensive way to the unlocking of air travel throughout the UK and Europe”.
Foreverland is a party like you have never even dreamt of before. One that snatches you from your reality and drops you deep into an alternative universe full of otherworldly colour, mind-altering visuals and, for the first time, a whole new world of smells to ensure you are utterly lost in the moment. After a year away planning their biggest and best series to date, Foreverland is now ready to come back with an earth-shattering bang and unveil an all-new, out of this world Neon Jungle theme at Studio 338 on Friday 27th August. More spectacular shows follow in Manchester’s Albert Hall and hotly tipped new Birmingham superclub Forum, as well as in Lincoln, Bristol, Leeds, Cardiff, Bournemouth, Leicester and, for the first time since March 2019, Glasgow.
In seven wildly entertaining years since launching in Bournemouth, Foreverland has gone on to throw its famously surrealist parties in 26 cities across seven countries. The brand has sold over 130,000 tickets (including two sold-out shows at Studio 338, where it soon returns) and has left a blazing trail in its wake. Those who have danced in Foreverland are never the same again. No longer will a standard club setting ever meet their expectations. Foreverland regulars demand more, and boy will they get it during this game-changing new season.
After a year spent upping its budget, researching the most cutting-edge technologies and dreaming bigger than ever, Foreverland is all set to raise the stakes once again. This new season is set to see venues cinematically transformed beyond all recognition under the spectacular Neon Jungle theme. Once you enter these fully animated club spaces, you will crane your neck at the gigantic installations, hang out beneath tropical palms and amongst the Day-Glo flora. As you dance by luminous rocks, neon flamingoes will watch on from lush green grasses as the giant disco balls dazzle your senses.
Says the Foreverland director, “We’re putting a focus on the whole sensory experience, adding themed smells to the venues to differentiate Foreverland shows from all other experiences revelers might have had. We’re incorporating a lot more technology into the stage builds and SFX, using holographic projections, water pumps and moving levers to add motion to parts of the decor build.”
Musically, Foreverland brings cutting-edge sounds with lots of energy. House and bass-heavy tech define the soundtracks but with plenty of nuances along the way. Shows are hosted by Tyrone (MC) and Faris Rai will be working as a presenter, with James Hype, Low Steppa, Weiss, Secondcity, and Endor as headliners. Between them, these artists have huge recent successes with huge tunes on labels like Defected, Top 10 UK chart placings, millions of Spotify streams and counting, and DJ diaries that take in the likes of like Abode and Elrow. Each of them knows exactly how to bring the party. After a year locked up at home and unable to do so, you can be sure of a truly explosive musical celebration at each event.
The resident team features red hot rising UK talents who are all on the cusp of blowing up into headliners in their own right. They are AmyElle – whose recent tunes and radio hits ‘Down With Me’, ‘Animal Kingdom’ and ‘Feel The Heat’ account for her huge surge in popularity. Tita Lau has served up some brilliant mash-ups on partner James Hype’s label Stereohype, while Ben Rainey does similar numbers and so, is also quickly rising through the ranks.
It’s been a long time coming, but Foreverland is finally ready to unleash a whole year’s hard work and welcome you back into a party paradise like you wouldn’t believe. Tickets always sell out, so don’t be left disappointed.
Dance through a myriad of trippy gardens, enjoy breathtaking performances, sensual sounds & mind-bending visuals. Find yourself entwined in fluorescent vines and seduced by mysterious jungle-dwelling creatures as we unlock the gates to our lost neon paradise

The glorious setting for this majestic musical gathering is Apps Court Farm in Surrey. It is set over the 86 acres of the naturalist English countryside with rolling greenery, hidden lakes and a beautifully organic and escapist feel, despite being just 35 minutes from London. What stands One Out apart is the fact it is a festival curated by music lovers, for music lovers. The focus is on making a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where devoted dancers and sonic enthusiasts all come together in ancient forests and with the glistening River Thames streaming past nearby.
Sure to become known for a lavish devotion to the details, One Out Festival promises to pour everything into stage designs, production, light, visuals and of course the all-important sound systems that will power the whole day. As such, a carefully curated soundtrack will play out over a house music Main Stage and a colourful Disco Big Top with plenty of hi-tech trimmings.
The first headliner is none other than New York legend Roger Sanchez, who has helped shape the underground sound for decades on vital labels like Strictly Rhythm, his own Stealth and Ministry of Sound. For those who like bass-heavy house that really bangs, look no further than Hannah Wants, while Krystal Klear is a fellow contemporary trendsetter and hitmaker who runs the label Cold Tonic and has released on Running Back and Madtech. Horse Meat Disco are one of the most colourful and celebrated party outfits in the UK and for good reason – they really know how to bring the heat with all shades of emotive house and disco.
Then there is Nothing Else Matters boss and Radio 1 tastemaker Danny Howard who always brings every style of house, and the legendary disco don Tensnake, who single-handedly reinvigorated the genre and continually turns out huge hits on labels like Defected and True Romance. On top of that come Defected associate and high energy selector Sam Divine, hit-making bass, house and garage outfit Low Steppa, Glasgow’s rising star La La as well as Mambo Brothers, Weiss, Philip George, The Menendez Brothers and residents Ben Read, Chris Thomas, Dale Castell, DEZ and LUCiD all serving up tasteful party soundtracks that will help ensure One Out Festival makes an indelible mark on its much talked about debut.
One Out Festival is set to be a much-needed opportunity to come together as one with fellow members of the dance music community and celebrate like there is no tomorrow.

The City Splash mission is to celebrate the impact and importance of reggae music on British culture, birthing everything from Ska, Rocksteady, Dub, Roots, Dancehall, Lovers Rock to its UK ancestors of UK Reggae, Jungle, Hip Hop, Garage, Grime and Drum and Bass; the influence of Reggae has been a constant in the UK for 50 years. Not only has it brought us the riddims and the lifestyle influence, but it’s a genre that expresses and addresses social issues and their solutions through the music’s messages.
Food
We will be hosting London’s finest Carribean street food vendors in collaboration with London Jerk Fest; sampling favourite delights from jerk chicken to vegan ital stew, fried plantains and much much more. For those of you looking for a more liquid lunch, expect an unparalleled rum vendor selection and locally brewed craft beers, stouts and spirits to add a little fyah to the day.
Culture
Reggae’s influence on youth culture in London runs deep, the genre’s heartbeat rhythm and lyrics about love, redemption and natural living deeply affect fashions, lifestyles, friendships and unify strangers internationally. We believe such an important genre musically and socially deserves a prominent place on the annual live music calendar in London and we’re hyped to be bringing it to South London this September.
Location
The festival is located in the beautiful Beckenham Place Park near to Crystal Palace and is home to ancient woodland and rolling grassy hills. With FOUR music stages dedicated to the biggest of reggae acts, you can happily bop around between the unique production sites to catch your favorites.
Easol is the first of its kind – an all-in-one ‘experience commerce’ platform that offers everything experience creators (across wellness, sports, adventure, festivals, F&B and more) need to take control of all aspects of their business.
Today, as consumers race to book a range of experiences as stay at home orders are lifted, the platform announces fascinating findings from their all-new in-depth experience economy trend report ‘Better Days Are Coming,’ which was commissioned to investigate trends around consumer travel and experiences in 2021 and beyond. Despite an extremely challenging 12 months for the experience economy, there is a positive outlook for what the future holds in what is set to be a decade like no other in demand.
The ‘Better Days Are Coming’ experience economy report saw more than 3000 consumers surveyed across Europe and North America on their travel intentions. It offers comprehensive analysis of the sector and provides valuable insights to those operating in the experience economy on how the world is going to travel in 2021 and beyond. It also features interviews and case studies from Easol’s community of experience creators and industry experts from the worlds of wellness, festivals, surf and sports, including global wellness platform Wanderlust, Transformational Travel Council, festival organisers Mustard Media and many more.
The comprehensive report was launched at the Easol online showcase event on April 15th to demonstrate the ‘new way to sell experiences online’ that gives the power back to experience creators with Easol’s experience commerce platform. The showcase also gave ideas and recommendations for how businesses can respond to these trends.
Key predictions found in the report include an enormous pent up demand for travel, that consumer confidence in group travel is certainly up and that experience businesses who adapt and evolve will fare the best.
Key findings:
85% of travellers would choose to go on an experience holiday if they could take only one trip in 2021
86% of travellers are planning to go on an experience holiday in 2022
77.4% of travellers would feel comfortable in a group holiday with people from outside their household
59% of people would prefer groups of up to 10 people
81% of North American travellers would consider sharing a room with another participants
70% of European solo travellers would consider sharing a room with another participant
75% of creators feel optimistic about their experience business in 2021
Before the pandemic, 40% of people took three to five trips a year. As many as 33% of us now plan to spend more on travel in 2021 than in previous years.
The report also highlights case studies from experience creators such as Envision Festival as a way of highlighting how the sector has been adapting and thriving despite the pandemic. The wellness and surf festival set in Costa Rica has already recorded an impressive triple digit growth in ticket sales for their 2022 event.
Ben Simpson, CEO of Easol said:
“It is an unprecedented time for experience creators who have seen huge challenges, but as we emerge from lockdown, this new-era holds enormous opportunity for experience businesses. We are only on the cusp of what is the greatest demand we have ever seen to travel and have these ‘kinetic’, ‘in real life’ experiences we have been craving for what feels like a lifetime! Experience creators have never had to be so agile and adapt for their businesses to survive and we hope this report provides some hope and useful insights to anyone operating in the experience economy and we look forward to sharing more insights and positive stories in the near future.”
Easol is the new way to sell experiences online. For the first time ever, experience businesses from yoga retreats, surf camps, festivals, sports trips and adventure tours will never have to outsource their business to traditional e-commerce platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix), booking platforms (Eventbrite, active.com) or experience marketplaces (GetYourGuide, Airbnb) which are not viable solutions, offering ineffective services that are more costly, vulnerable to errors, significantly more time consuming with more manual processes and ultimately cap the business’ potential growth.
Despite an extremely challenging year for the experience economy, Easol has seen staggering growth after recently securing more than $4.5m in funding from world-class technology investors like Notion Capital with participation from Y Combinator, Foundation Capital, Slow Ventures and Micheal Zeisser – former Chairman of US investments at Alibaba. After the initial vaccine announcement, the company also saw its largest ever month in booking and processing volume, which was up 25% from pre-pandemic figures.
Easol supports creators all over the globe across all experience sectors including festivals, wellness retreats, F&B, sports, adventure trips and more. Clients include major industry players such as Ibiza Rocks, Global Cycle Network, The Sunday Times. The platform has secured these high end clients by providing them with complete control of all aspects of their experience business. In turn, this allows them to focus on driving more direct sales, retain more revenue, own their data and run their business on their terms.
DJ Koze has been one of the most adventurous and constantly entertaining producers of the 20th century. His latest studio album Knock Knock featured numerous greats including Róisín Murphy, Bon Iver and José González. The album scored an 8.8/10 on Pitchfork and the lead hit ‘Pick Up’ is a timeless classic that will be heard on radio and dancefloors for many years to come.
Co-headlining the show is Swedish solo phenomenon José González, who has become globally recognized for his indie pop and intimate acoustics. He recently released his first single in 5 years, ‘El Invento’, his first Spanish song, written with his daughter. The connection with the show comes from his collaboration with DJ Koze on ‘Music On My Teeth’. This will be González’s first show in the UK since 2019.
Playing the penultimate slot on the labyrinth stage before DJ Koze, is none other than everyone’s favourite selector Motor City Drum Ensemble. MCDE’s eclectic taste in music and impeccable DJ skills see him move from techno to disco to soul to house. His eclectic sets have made him become one of the most favoured DJs of our time. MCDE at this magical venue, is set to be nothing but utter euphoria.
Having won the BRIT Awards Producer of 2020 after producing over 30% of 2019’s #1 hits, FRED AGAIN.. has, in no time at all, solidified himself as one the most exciting producers of our time. The list of profound artists he’s worked with goes on and on – Stormzy, Ed Sheeran, George Ezra, Eminem, FKA Twigs and more. Now, his debut album ‘Actual Life (April 14th – December 17th 2020)’ will be released on April 16th. ‘Marea (We’ve Lost Dancing)’ which features vocal samples from the Blessed Madonna, is already set to be a hit of the summer and was released the day lockdown lifting was announced in the UK. His solo career is about to pop and this is his only announced UK summer show other than All Points East. With an eagerly anticipated third album ‘Swimming Static’ soon to be released, Elder Island joins the event with their house infected dance music. The album was recorded in their Bristol basement studio during quarantine and is a ten-track dance album. If ‘The Omnitone Collection’ was anything to go by, Swimming Static will be one of the albums of the summer.
Opening the Labyrinth Stage is Amsterdam based radio DJ, record enthusiast and party-starter Suze Ijó, who brings her eclectic range of music to the show. Whilst the Labyrinth Stage stage features a mix of live shows and DJ performances, the Treehouse Stage will feature DJ sets throughout the day. London favourite Josey Rebelle will close out the intimate treehouse stage with her genre-bending sets. Musician, producer, broadcaster, DJ and one of Ninja Tune’s favourites Nabihah Iqbal brings her wide ranging sounds that draw on her experiences in her native Pakistan to the treehouse stage a DJ set. Sedef Adasi, a resident DJ of the notorious Blitz Club in Munich bounces in between euphoric techno, house classics, space disco and tough electro with elegance and ease. She debuted on Permanent Vacation in 2020, a label that is familiar to the Labyrinth fans. Labyrinth’s curator and resident DJ Nick Castle will play an extended opening set on the Treehouse Stage.
