New acts and restaurants announced for The Big Feastival

Helping you to keep your feet moving and work up an appetite for all the great food on offer, The Big Feastival is pleased to announce that Saint Saviour, who can count the likes of Pet Shop Boys’ Neil Tennant and Hurts amongst her fans will be playing on Friday July 1st. Already known to many as the vocalist on Groove Armada’s recent ‘Black Light’ long player, Saint Saviour’s astonishing vocal abilities backed with dramatic synthscapes have made her one of the most compelling talents to have emerged onto the music scene in recent times.

More new music comes from Trophy Wife who will be joining The Charlatans, Mystery Jets and Kurran and the Wolfnotes on Saturday July 2nd. One of the hottest bands around, Trophy Wife’s innovative guitar driven dance chops have been garnering the sort of high praise from those in the know that sets them apart from a mere flavour of the month buzz band.

Sunday 3rd July’s line-up continues to expand with the addition of maverick club night Guilty Pleasures. Unashamedly revelling in the purity of pop, Guilty Pleasures’ DJs celebrate the music that you’re not supposed to like but secretly do, from Dolly Parton and Hall & Oates to Toto and ELO it’s 100% sing-a-long joyous fun. The mighty Los Hermanos Cubanos - The Cuban Brothers - are also coming on-board to wow the crowds on Sunday.  Famed for high-octane funk mixed with jaw-dropping b-boy exploits and tongue in cheek banter, The Cuban Brothers are guaranteed to keep the party at boiling point.

The Big Feastival are also very excited to announce that one of Clapham’s finest eateries, Trinity, will be making the short journey to the common to join the likes of Locanda Locatelli, The Providores, Wahaca and Cafe Spice Namaste in presenting their take on the finest festival food. Renowned for their classic, seasonal dishes with a modern sensibility; we are looking forward to finding out what they will be serving at the event when we unveil all of the restaurants’ dishes on Wednesday 25th May.

For the first time ever, London’s best restaurants and bars are coming together at The Big Feastival to offer One Big Menu from their pop-up kitchens. Featuring amazing festival dishes created by some of the world’s leading chefs, we will be unveiling the mouth-watering treats from One Big Menu with a Twitter party, One Big Tweet, at 5pm on Wednesday 25th May.
