It has been confirmed on The Big Chill website that 2012's festival will not go ahead due to clashes with the Olympics.
A limited number of weekend tickets for Latitude (adult, family camping & child), The Big Chill (adult, family campsite & child) and Reading & Leeds 2012 will go on sale from 9am on Friday 2nd December at 2011 ticket prices.

Uber-talented musician, DJ and producer James Blake, who ranked second in the BBC’s Sound of 2011 poll, will play a set of his highly-acclaimed smooth, dubstep-peppered electronic tracks on Thursday night at The Big Chill on the Deer Park Stage.
In traditional Big Chill style, world music and foreign flavours from Konono N°1 are confirmed to join a bill of eclectic electronic and pop sounds. Also joining the offering for 2011’s festival are funk and soul aficionados Smoove & Turrell.
Big Chill veteran Tom Middleton will perform one of his legendary sets on the Deer Park Stage, as well as heading up his own stage this year. The Big Chill also adds American indie act Here We Go Magic, fronted by singer Luke Temple, live drum ‘n’ bass maestros, NZ Shapeshifter and one-man music-making machine, Taylor McFerrin to the bill.
Acclaimed video artist Chris Cunningham will produce a captivating audio/visual set at The Big Chill on Sunday 7th August following the evening’s Deer Park Stage headliners Rodrigo y Gabriela. Also confirmed to join 2011’s line-up are Baio - Vampire Weekend DJ set, North Mississippi Allstars Duo, Fight Like Apes, Redlight and more.
The Big Chill is proud to unveil headliners Kanye West and Rodrigo y Gabriela, both UK festival exclusives, and The Chemical Brothers plus more as the first confirmed artists for 2011.
