Over the past 12 years, the Festival has seen performances from some of the biggest acts in the world, including: The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen & The E-Street Band, Paul McCartney, Pearl Jam, Kasabian, Kings of Leon, Jay-Z, The Strokes, The Who, David Bowie and Coldplay, amongst others. The Isle Of Wight Festival is famed for being a stage for legendary artists of the past, present and future and now it’s your turn to be part of the historic line up.
From today, the iconic Festival is giving not one, but six lucky unsigned artists from the UK & Ireland the chance to perform at this year’s event on the following stages; Main Stage, Big Top, The Bandstand, Life’s A Beach, Cabaret Club and The Hipshaker Lounge.

A celebration of music from the past, present and future and it’s great to give up and coming musicians an opportunity to showcase in front of the Isle of Wight Festival audience. Shaping up to be one of the year’s most exciting events, the Isle of Wight Festival has something for everyone. With headline performances from three of the biggest names in music, The Stone Roses (UK Festival exclusive), The Killers and Bon Jovi, it’s a weekend not to be missed. Also, taking to the Main Stage fora special guest performance will be Paul Weller (UK Festival exclusive), plus The Boomtown Rats are reforming after a 26-year hiatus (UK Festival exclusive).
