Festival Entertainment
In addition to the 7 stages hosting live music, entertainment comes from all quarters of the festival site, including the Casino Comedy Club, the Strummerville Campfire, the Pixie Chill field and a large Childrens Area. Completing the events are Scrumpy Sunday (complete with a performance by Cider-drinking legends The Wurzels!), Ladies Day and the must-do festival experience; live punk karaoke with the worlds premier punk tribute band, Fat Drunk Stupid.

Endorse it in the Community
Endorse it in Dorset works in close partnership with the local community. This year the local Scout Group is running the festival shop and will receive all profits from it. The festivals bars serve locally pressed cider and our Endorse Its own festival ale is brewed by a local brewery.

Eminem, Kaiser Chiefs, Jimmy Eat World and more for Tennant’s Vital

Kaiser Chiefs return to Tennent’s Vital, having headlined the festival back in 2006. They shot to prominence in 2005 with indie anthems such as ‘I Predict A Riot’, ‘Everyday I Love You Less and Less’ and ‘Oh My God’. Their debut album‘Employment’ was one of the best-selling LPs of that year. The follow-up ‘Yours Truly Angry Mob’ yielded their 1st no.1 single, ‘Ruby’. Kaiser Chiefs hotly anticipated fourth album is due for release later this year.
Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All (OFWGKTA) have gone from underground sensations to the hottest new act in the USA! Led by Tyler The Creator, they’ve unleashed some of the most technically impressive, hopelessly addictive rap music in quite some time. Their instinctive combination of beat and verse makes OFWGKTA a must-see.
Long-time Eminem collaborators D12 create surreal universes of wild times and unruly rhymes. They sold four million copies worldwide of their debut ‘Devil’s Night’ and had a No.2 hit with Purple Hills. Their bombastic sophomore effort, ‘D-12 World’ went straight to No.1 in the UK album charts.
Tickets go on general sale this Friday 3rd June at 9AM sharp.
Tickets are priced at £49.50 incl booking fee and are strictly limited to 8 per person/transaction. Strictly Over 16s event.
Sub Focus added to Glade Festival + ONLY 500 tickets remaining
SUB FOCUS ANNOUNCED!!!
With less than three weeks to go, the Glade team are extremely excited to reveal that none other than drum & bass legend Sub Focus has been added to the bill. After smashing his headline slot on the Glade stage at Glastonbury last year, Nick Douwmas rise through the ranks of underground jungle to become a major player in electronic music scene has been nothing short of spectacular. Initially known for air-punching, dancefloor dismantling drum & bass, Sub Focus has now become synonymous with music that draws from all corners of the electronic landscape, and has come to epitomise the anything goes mantra of todays flourishing dance scene. WE are very pleased to add him to the bill!
THE VENUE!
One of the most exciting aspects to what has been happening is the organisers are thrilled to bits about the new venue Houghton Hall. With the last minute venue change there was obviously going to be some concern as to how the local authorities would react. Those concerns have completely disappeared and been replaced by the wonderful fact that all the local responsible authorities, including the police, have been hugely supportive of the event. This combined with the utter beauty of the venue, its cracking license and its distance from the nearest town has left a feeling of great joy and excitement. It is going to be a corker!

Ms Dynamite, Yasmin and more announced for RockNess
On the cusp of once again blowing up the urban music scene, and the RockNess Main Stage, is MS DYNAMITE. Massively important in her genre with strong connections to the underground and a number of notable cutting edge collaborations to her credit, expect an amazing live show and stunning return to form. As Artwork of MAGNETIC MAN, who also play RockNess this year comments “the energy she brings is unreal. MS DYNAMITE is one of those people who puts her own stamp on everything she does. She’s just got it. Her amazing stage presence helps too.“
Flying the flag for the very best breakthrough talent from the Scottish Highlands, JAMES MACKENZIE & THE AQUASCENE take to the RockNess Main Stage for an unmissable performance. This Inverness four piece, fronted by James MacKenzie and supported by the very best in string accompaniment, evoke the finest moments of Damien Rice and Crosby, Stills & Nash yet maintain an originality that is melodic, engaging and uplifting.
Hot on the heels of her support slot on EXAMPLE’s headline UK tour, the gorgeous and talented YASMIN will no doubt reacquaint with the British rapper at RockNess as she joins the bill in this year’s new Rock n Roll Circus Arena. Having DJd for many big artists including N.E.R.D. and with recent musical forays including Devlin and Labrinth, YASMIN is one of the hottest new names on the scene so check her out.
Leading the charge of a new generation of Swedish pop stars, NIKI AND THE DOVE combine epic choruses with Eastern European drum styles to make soaring songs dripping with euphoria. Intriguing and dramatic, a visit to the Rock n Roll Circus is recommended to see what Dazed & Confused hails as “brilliant pop”. In contrast and in keeping with the eclectic best new music vibe of Rock n Roll Circus, it’ll be a flamboyant retro rock takeover as the quite excellent TOM ODELL extols his utterly charming, and at times operatic brand of original pop.
