Sónar 2012 adds today more than 30 new artists to its line-up, including USA’s Flying Lotus!

New Order, Die Antwoord, James Murphy, The 2 Bears, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Untold, Daniel Miller, DJ Harvey and Daedelus are among the many new additions to Sónar 2012 Barcelona.

Lana del Rey, one of the stars on the current International pop scene, will perform at Sónar Barcelona 2012.

Wow, we have the lineup for Sónar for its 4 events in 2012 which take place in Barcelona, Cape Town, Tokyo and São Paulo.  Everyone from The Roots, Deadmau5, Justice and more are performing!

In a statement made today by Steve Reich’s agency in New York, we are informed that the 74 years old, North American composer, sees himself obliged to remain at home under medical orders for the forthcoming weeks, therefore preventing him from travelling to Spain to participate in the concerts programmed here in Spain.

SonarHost is the premium service that takes visitors to the city during the festival even further into the Sónar experience.

Sónar Barcelona includes 21 new artists in its line-up, including James Murphy, with two special sets in Barcelona and Galicia, and the renowned English producer Four Tet, who will also be performing at both festivals.
