Melt! Festival 2011 is sold out, making this year’s edition the fastest selling Melt! ever. It's also the 4th time in a row the festival has sold out since 2008.

This year's festival line-up is almost complete, and today's additions, like José González and Richie Hawtin are definitely something to look forward to. A few of last year's projects will also be continued this year: the Melt! Hotel Train rides again, and the pre-party on Thursday night (14th July) is also on the agenda again.

Liam Gallagher's Beady Eye will perform a one-off exclusive festival gig in Germany at Melt Festival. Also joining the lineup is Crystal Castles, Modeselektor, The Drums and more!

Melt! enthusiasts already know: unknown artists are as dear to us as established icons and new hype bands. We are, therefore, very much looking forward to today's new confirmations. Our line-up is joined by the British White Lies and our old Melt! mates from Digitalism (live). Such newcomer acts as Sizarr, The Naked And Famous and many, many more add to our bill as well.

The latest news from the Melt Festival camp for 2011 is that Sheffield based Pulp are set to rock Melt Festival for 2011. Playing only a selected number of festival this year, Pulp's reunion is set has been longcoming and will be met with great anticipation.

It's quiet on the Ferropolis peninsular. No colourful lights, no marching rhythms, the Gremmin lake has cooled down. But in eight months from now, Ferropolis' diggers will be coming back to life, with thousands of people dancing underneath these giants and celebrating the summery weather and all the hot bands and acts - July 15th to 17th 2011 is the date for Melt! festival's number 14.
