Maverick Sabre and more added to House of Fun Weekender

Genre-refusenik Maverick Sabre adds his own inimitable flavour to the House of Fun Weekender, with a cross cultural collision of Reggae, Hip-Hop and Soul. After receiving high praise for his “The Travelling Man” mixtape and collaborations with Professor Green and Chase and Status, Maverick Sabre stepped out on his own, with his ethereal vocals and sublime guitar propelling him into the Top 20 with his debut single “Let Me Go”. Spontaneous and dynamic, Maverick Sabre’s live show has been turning heads, making him one not to miss.

Also joining the bill for the inaugural House of Fun Weekender is Baxter Dury. Currently enjoying critical acclaim for his third album, “Happy Soup”, Baxter’s kitchen sink vignettes and seaside psychedelia are about as perfect as it gets for a good old knees-up. Intrinsically linked to the nutty world of Madness, Baxter’s unmistakable intonations and cutting observational tales of failed romance and real lives lived run deep in his blood.
